CANCELLATION, RETURN & EXCHANGE

[CANCELLATION]

  • Order cancellation may be accepted if the order has not been shipped yet.
  • If the order has been shipped out, a cancellation cannot be processed. In that case, please apply for refund or exchange.


[RETURN & EXCHANGE]

  • The customer can apply for return or exchange within seven (7) days from the order receipt.

    Any product the customer wishes to return must be in the same condition as was received and in the original packaging.

  • Return/Exchange cannot be accepted for the following reasons : 

    - If return/exchange request is made after seven (7) days from the order receipt.

    - If the product is not in its original condition, is damaged, destroyed or missing parts due other than defect reasons.

    - If the product was used or partially consumed.

  • Items with production defect or damage ONLY can be accepted for exchange.  
    - If customer wishes to apply for an exchange, detailed description and visual materials (photos, video) have to be provided to help CXC to investigate the claim.
    - Please, send the item to the exchange address after it is approved to be accepted for inspection.
    - Information of order number, user name and ID is required to be provided with the return item.
    - If the exchange application is accepted and approved after investigation, we will repair or exchange the item.
    - In case repair or replacement is considered impractical, the refund will be provided.

[RETURN AND REFUND]

  • Return requests are accepted ONLY if the received product is different from the ordered one, or in case of production defect or damage.   
  • If the customer wishes to apply for the product return and payment refund, the reason has to be provided with application, order number, user name and ID must be included in the application.
  • The item has to be sent to the return address after it is approved to be accepted for inspection. Information of order number, user name and ID is required to be provided with the return item.
  • Once return product is received and inspected, the customer will be sent a notification about the beginning of the claim inspection. 
  • After inspection process is complete the customer will be notified of the request approval or rejection. 
  • In case of approval, a refund will be processed to original method of payment, within two (2) business weeks.
